1. No Refund Policy for Astrology Reports
Khevaan Pluto provides astrology services through digital reports, analysis, and personalized guidance.
Once a payment has been successfully completed and the client has submitted their personal details (such as birth information or other required data), our astrologers begin the analysis and preparation process immediately. This process requires significant time, expertise, and effort.
Therefore:
- All purchases of astrology reports are final.
- No refunds will be issued once payment is completed and details have been submitted.
Customers are advised to carefully review the service description before making a payment.
2. Consultation Services (WhatsApp or Online Consultation)
Consultation sessions are conducted through WhatsApp or other agreed communication platforms and are scheduled in advance.
Attendance Policy
- Clients must attend the consultation at the scheduled date and time.
- Our team will send reminders prior to the consultation.
If the client is not available at the scheduled time:
- We will attempt to contact the client and wait for a reasonable period during the scheduled slot.
- If the client fails to attend or communicate, one opportunity to reschedule the consultation will be provided.
Rescheduling
- Each client is allowed only one rescheduling opportunity.
- The new appointment date and time will be mutually decided.
3. Failure to Attend After Rescheduling
If the client:
- Fails to attend the rescheduled consultation, and
- Does not communicate with our team,
then the consultation will be considered missed.
In such cases:
- Only 25% of the paid amount will be refunded.
- The remaining amount is retained because the consultation time slot was reserved specifically for the client.
4. Refund Processing
Where applicable, refunds will:
- Be processed within 7 working days or earlier
- Be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction
